Flowmind Digital ("we") runs flowmind.digital. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email and phone number. Your password is stored encrypted; we can't see it.
- Payment details — the bKash/Nagad number you paid from and the transaction ID (TrxID), so we can verify your payment. We never ask for or store your PIN.
- Quiz answers — when you take one of our course-finder quizzes, the answers you give (for example age, interests, skills and goals) and the contact details you enter.
- How you use the site (analytics) — the pages you visit, how long you stay on each page, how far you scroll, the steps you complete (for example adding to cart or placing an order), your device type, browser and operating system, your approximate country, and how you reached us (for example a Facebook ad, a Google search or a link). If you are logged in, this activity is linked to your account, including earlier visits from the same device before you signed up.
Our analytics does not store your IP address, and we never record what you type except the forms you submit.
Cookies
We use our own cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language and cart, remember which ad or link brought you here, and measure how the site is used (fm_vid for up to 2 years and fm_sid until 30 minutes of inactivity).
If we turn on advertising tools such as the Facebook (Meta) Pixel or Google Analytics, those companies may also set cookies to measure our ads and show you relevant ads on their platforms. Their use of data is covered by their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To create your account, deliver your purchases and give you access to your library.
- To verify payments and answer your support requests.
- To recommend courses and products that suit you.
- To understand which pages, courses and ads work, fix problems and improve the site.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing relevant offers on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never share your payment details with anyone else.
Who else handles your data
Only services that help us run the site: our hosting provider (Hostinger), Cloudflare (security and speed), and — when enabled — Meta and Google for ad measurement. Payments are verified manually by our own team.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still open, but logging in and the cart need cookies to work.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including your browsing history on our site. Open a support ticket from your account, or contact us using the details on our Contact page.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, library and order records while your account is active and for as long as we need them for our accounts. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal details and the browsing history linked to it, except records we are required by law to keep.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
