Common questions
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. We start from your work, not from the tools. If you have never opened ChatGPT, that's fine.
When do I get the guides?
As soon as your payment is verified, usually within a few hours. They stay in your library for life.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. There is no monthly charge and nothing to cancel. Your support period ends on its own.
What can I ask on support?
Anything about AI, your skill or your work. Write in the support chat in your account during your support period and a person answers. Your chats go to the front of the queue.
When is the call?
After your payment is verified you pick an open time yourself, from the next day onwards depending on availability.
