Acceptable use & content licence
Version 1 · Effective from Nov 2, 2026
This document is a draft prepared for review by a Bangladeshi advocate. The Bangla version is the binding one.
Part A — Your licence to Flowmind content
- A licence, not a sale. When you buy or claim an ebook, course, tutorial, digital product, plan, guideline or member resource, Flowmind grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own learning. Copyright stays with Flowmind or the author (Copyright Act 2023, sections 14, 16, 17 and 45). The written licence is this document together with the Terms of Service you accepted.
- What you may do: read, watch and use the content on your own devices; download files where the product allows it, for offline personal use; keep ebooks you bought after a membership ends.
- What you may not do: copy, share, forward, upload, publicly post, stream, sell, rent, lend or give away any content or your login; remove watermarks or notices; circumvent access controls, download restrictions or the reader; use the content to build a competing course or product; use automated tools to download or scrape the site.
- Watermarks. Downloads may carry your name, email and order number so that a leaked copy can be traced to the account it came from.
- Member content is licensed for the duration of your Career Membership and may be withdrawn when it ends.
- Infringement of a digital work is a criminal offence under the Copyright Act 2023 (sections 84 and 100: up to 4 years' imprisonment and a fine). We pursue sharing of paid content and may close the account without refund.
Part B — Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access or try to access another person's account, our systems, databases or administration sites without authorisation, or exceed the access you were given (Cyber Security Act 2026, section 18);
- introduce malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or collect data from the site by automated means (section 19);
- impersonate another person, use a false identity, forge or alter payment proof such as a TrxID, or attempt fraud (sections 21 and 22);
- send abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, hateful or harassing content through support chat, tickets, calls or any form (sections 25 and 26), or content that infringes anyone's rights;
- share your login, resell access, or use Flowmind for any unlawful purpose;
- misuse the 1:1 calls — for example by not attending repeatedly, recording the consultant without consent, or seeking advice we do not offer (legal, medical, financial or psychological).
Part C — Notice and action
If you believe content on Flowmind infringes your copyright or is unlawful, write to the address on the Contact page with the URL, your rights and your contact details. We acknowledge within 72 hours and, if the complaint is justified, remove or disable the content as the Copyright Act 2023 (section 82) requires. We comply with lawful orders of the National Cyber Security Agency and courts (Cyber Security Act 2026, sections 8 and 36), including preserving data for up to 90 days when directed.
Part D — Consequences
Depending on seriousness we may warn you, limit features, suspend the account, or close it. Serious breaches (sharing paid content, fraud, harassment, hacking attempts) lead to closure without refund of the part of the service already used, and may be reported to the authorities. You can contest a decision through the support chat; a different team member reviews it.
